My Tetra Pak hoard

Hiya!

This is packaging related. :) I'm in the UK, and... well, government-wise, things are sort of falling apart; including local services. How does this relate to your tasty oat-y product, I hear you say? I end up with big bin bags full of crushed Tetra Pak (or similar) cartons because we've never been able to put that out at the curbside. Worse still, I don't know about in Sweden, but here, the food shops... out of the kindness of their hearts? ... have these massive covered skips in their car parks, where you have to push individual packages through these rubber flaps... Ugh. Anyway, we were dealing with that, only now, where I am, this 'charity' is also going away: the shops are just removing these skips all together.

It feels like maybe I need to start building houses out of squashed Tetra Paks... Anything to avoid sending them to the landfill.

I've been getting oat milk delivered in glass bottles -- I know! So quaint :) -- but, frankly, it doesn't taste very good, even setting aside the high bar your product sets! So, yes, I drink that, while the rest of the family enjoys your oat-y loveliness.

Where am I going with this? Haven't a clue, to be honest. I have a lot of guilt tied up with my cereal and coffee habits, it seems. And I know you're an international company, but you do have a whole tab at the top of your website called Sustainability, so I'm just wondering whether you've looked at partnering with regional suppliers who are working with reusable packaging, as an example. I know it's probably astronomically more expensive than your current solution, but I just felt I had to ask the question.

I love your drinks! :)

Kind regards,

John Ask me about my Tetra Pak mansion! Jarvis
